The team conducted visits to units, undertook audits of physical platforms, analysed MIS, reviewed 10s of reports and conducted interviews with a variety of stakeholders. The delivery output was a report that provided a deep dive into the evidenced situation concerning CR2, WR and FHD along with a searchable spreadsheet-based environment of codified reports. The client was pleased with the delivery team and the completed outcome, and this has opened up the opportunity to complete more of the same work-strand 1 task on more platforms in the future.
