The hub is open to service leavers and to anyone interested in working with Engage. Our mission is to excel in providing first-class solutions to the Defence Sector while extending our expertise in other complementary sectors and industries.  Our dedicated team comprises of individuals from varied backgrounds, bringing a wealth of experience and perspectives to Engage. We have highly engaged employees who want to work with talented, like-minded people that share our passion for delivering outstanding consultancy and working as part of a successful team.

We are also really proud to be a Gold Covenant Member. Due to the nature of our work, we prioritise the employment of service leavers which is evidenced by the fact that approximately 80% of our permanent employees are veterans. One of our key activities is the mentoring of individuals transitioning from the military and we pride ourselves in providing sage advice and guidance to people leaving the forces whether you are joining Engage or not.
