To all of our valued clients,


I wish to reassure you that Engage Technical Solutions remains fully operational and ready to continue to support you during these testing of times.


In the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, clients and the wider public is our priority.  This is an unprecedented time for everyone, and the situation is changing daily.  We are committed to maintaining our business operations and ensuring you continue to receive the highest quality service without disruption.  In the light of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been working hard to enact our Business Continuity Plan, and will continue to do so in the coming weeks and months.  We have prepared Engage to ensure our support remains uninterrupted.  All of our people are able to work from home and have been provided laptops by both Engage and our clients (where relevant).  They are able to remotely access our secure network and are fully contactable via telephone or email.


We are committed to providing the best level of service possible and will continue to do so as we are guided by the WHO, the government and our clients.  We do not expect any interruptions in the coming months and will ensure the best efforts are put forth to support our clients.

Combat Stress Partnership

Engage Technical Solutions are Partnering with Combat Stress for 20/21


Engage is delighted to announce that Combat Stress is our chosen partner charity for 2020/21.

For over a century Combat Stress have been helping former servicemen and women deal with issues like post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety and depression. Today Combat Stress provides specialist treatment and support for veterans from every service and conflict to give them hope and a future.

Combat stress contributes invaluable research to the veteran mental health field as well as providing support and treatment to veterans with mental health problems. Combat Stress serves a community close to the heart of Engage, where 76% of associates are veterans.

  •  15,000+ calls were handled by Combat Stress’ Helpline
  •  3,121 veterans were directly helped in the last year
  • 81p from every £1 raised is spent on veterans treatment and support.

Mental health is incredibly important at Engage. There are free weekly yoga sessions available to employees, as well as an employee support line being rolled out in April with the new health scheme. Engage is also working with Mental Health at work charity to ensure that it has supportive and robust practices to support all its Employees in the future.


Engage already has a team who are due to attempt the Three Peaks Challenge in August 2020, and the funds raised will be directed to Combat Stress.

There will also be the opportunity to all the Engage Team to do some volunteer days with Combat Stress.
